DEX · ECOLOGY is a small, independent advisory. We work hands-on with a limited number of clients on their personal travel and the trips their businesses run.
DEX · ECOLOGY was started by an entrepreneur. We know what running a business does to your travel — the work trips that stack up, the offsite that has to go right, the personal vacation booked in a hurry that never quite delivers.
We also know what a good partner is worth: someone hands-on, who answers the phone, knows the property, and fixes the problem before it reaches you. That kind of help is rarer than it should be. It's the reason this advisory exists.
We take on a limited number of clients so we can work closely with each one. We don't hand you off to a team. The person who plans your trip is the person you talk to.
We're independent. We're a member of Fora Travel, we hold Virtuoso membership, and we have direct preferred-advisor relationships with the hotel groups that matter most to our clients. We use whichever one gives you the better stay.

We book everything, brief the hotel, send your itinerary, and stay reachable while you travel.
Some of our clients want the most they can get for a set budget. Others have a specific experience in mind and want it done right, whatever that takes.
Both are smart questions to ask, and neither is about being cheap. We plan backward from the experience you want — not forward from a price.
And on most personal trips, our planning costs you nothing. We're paid by the hotels and cruise lines, at the same rate you'd pay on your own. For retreats and complex multi-part trips, we charge a clear planning fee, agreed up front.
